1. The promoter
The promoter is Evergreen Assets Ltd, trading as JD Health Tech, 54-56 Ormskirk Street, St. Helens, England, WA10 2TF. Registered in England and Wales, company number 14658268.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2.2 Entry is limited to one entry per person per monthly draw. Duplicate entries will be removed.
2.3 By entering, you confirm you meet these conditions.
3. How to enter
3.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3.2 To enter, complete the entry form and subscribe to the JD Health Tech mailing list. You will be asked for your name and email address. A phone number is optional and is not required to enter or to win.
3.3 Each monthly draw is made from people who joined the JD Health Tech mailing list during that month.
3.4 Entries submitted by automated means, bulk entries, or entries made on behalf of a third party will not be accepted.
4. Closing date and draw
4.1 Each monthly draw closes at 23:59 on the last day of the calendar month.
4.2 One winner is selected at random from all valid entries received during that month.
4.3 The draw takes place within 7 days of the closing date.
4.4 Entries received after a closing date are entered into the following month's draw.
5. The prize
5.1 The prize is one pair of Clarity Pro Micro CIC Rechargeable Hearing Amplifiers with App Calibration (JD-6118E), including the charging case, USB-C cable, ear tips and accessories as normally supplied.
5.2 The prize is as described and is subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
5.3 There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
5.4 The prize is delivered to a UK address only, at no cost to the winner.
5.5 The Clarity Pro Micro CIC is a personal sound amplifier for everyday listening support in adults with mild to moderate listening needs. It is not a medical device, not a hearing aid, and is not suitable for severe or profound hearing loss. If you have concerns about your hearing, please consult a qualified hearing professional.
6. Notification of the winner
6.1 The winner will be notified by email to the address given at entry, within 7 days of the draw.
6.2 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize and confirm a UK delivery address.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within that period, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.
6.4 The surname and county of each winner will be available for one month after the draw by emailing info@jdhealthtech.co.uk, or by writing to the promoter at the address in clause 1. Entrants may ask that their surname and county are not published, in which case the promoter will supply this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request only.
7. Your data
7.1 By entering, you agree to join the JD Health Tech mailing list and to receive marketing emails from JD Health Tech. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
7.2 Your personal data is processed in accordance with the JD Health Tech privacy policy.
7.3 The winner's details will be used only to fulfil the prize.
8. The 10% discount
8.1 The 10% discount referred to in JD Health Tech marketing is a standing offer applied automatically at checkout on orders of £30 or more. It is available to all customers and is not conditional on entering this prize draw.
8.2 The promoter may withdraw or change this discount at any time.
9. General
9.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms without notice where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.
9.2 The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.3 Entering the draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
