30-Day Returns
If your purchase isn’t suitable, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the items are returned complete and in good condition.

What to include in your return
Please return the full set, including any accessories supplied (for example: charging case, cables, and inserts). Where possible, include the original packaging to help protect items in transit.

Hygiene note
Ear tips are personal-use items. For hygiene reasons, please do not return any ear tips you’ve worn. If you’re returning your order, remove and dispose of used tips before packing the amplifiers.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll put it right.
