We want you to feel confident ordering from JD Health Tech, which is why we offer a 30-day home trial with free UK returns.
30-Day Returns
If your purchase isn't suitable, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the items are returned complete and in good condition.
24-Month Warranty
Every current model bought directly from us carries a free 24-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects. There is nothing to register, and your cover runs from the date of purchase. Full details are on our warranty page. The one exception is the clearance item listed below.
Clearance items
Some items are sold at a reduced clearance price. This currently applies to:
- Clarity RIC Rechargeable Digital Hearing Amplifiers (Pair)
You can still return a clearance item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of what you paid. The difference is that we do not provide a free returns label for clearance items, so the cost of sending the item back to us is yours. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. This is stated on the product page before you buy.
Manufacturing faults on clearance items are covered by a 12-month warranty rather than our standard 24 months. If a clearance item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@jdhealthtech.co.uk before sending anything back. Return postage on warranty claims for these items is also the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have confirmed your claim, please send it to our trading address: JD Health Tech, Unit 22, Ashfield Crescent, Wigan, WN5 7TE.

What to include in your return
Please return the full set, including any accessories supplied (for example: charging case, cables, and inserts). Where possible, include the original packaging to help protect items in transit.
Hygiene note
Ear domes are personal-use items. For hygiene reasons, please do not return any ear domes you've worn. If you're returning your order, remove and dispose of used domes before packing the amplifiers.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll put it right.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day home trial is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
