Free Hearing Check & Amplifier Finder
Answer a few quick questions about your everyday listening, try an optional sound check, and find out whether a personal sound amplifier could help and which one suits you best.
Optional: try a quick sound check
We can play a short series of gentle tones to check each ear separately, and give you a feel for how well you pick up quieter, higher-pitched sounds. These are the ones most people notice fading first.
Set a comfortable volume
Start with your device volume at around 50%. Press play, then adjust until the tone is clear and comfortable, but not loud. Once it sounds right, don't change the volume again.
If you wear hearing aids or amplifiers, please remove them for this check.
First, a practice tone
This one doesn't count. Press play (or just wait) to hear what a test tone sounds like.
Right ear done β
Now let's check your left ear. The next three tones will play on the left side only.
Right ear
The tones will play in your right ear only. Press play, listen, then answer honestly.
