First delivery does what they say

These were originally bought as a second pair but I'm using them all of the time. Don't get me wrong I have no complaints about the previous pair but these are on a different level in every way.

They come with full, clear instructions as to how to set them up after their initial charge and are so easy to use.

The buttons on the side of each amplifier are easy to get to and you can clearly hear the notifications for changing the settings. It says in the manual there are 3 settings but my set had 4. Meeting, Outdoor, General and Cinema, and they do make a difference but they're quick and easy to cycle through. There are also 6 volume settings which can be set seperately for each ear.

If you download the accompanying app you can control all the settings from your mobile phone. I have an Android phone and it took around 5-10 minutes to set up. It's a very handy tool for changing settings and experimenting with when you are just getting used to the earphones. It connects via Bluetooth and, again, is very easy and intuitive to use. You can even do a hearing test using it and set up different programmes and levels for each ear based on your test results and recommendations.

If it is connected to your phone via Bluetooth you can answer calls using the earphones, and listen to any music you have on your mobile, should you want to.

They come with a charging case which keeps the earphones charged. I wear my earphones for most of the day and the case usually needs about 30 minutes per day to top up and it keeps my earphones charged all day, without any problems.

My previous earphones had issues working in the car. They didn't seem to be able to decide which sound to focus on but these are great to use while driving, even when our 3 little ones are shouting at each other and the radio is on, I can hear anyone in the car clearly. This is a real bonus for me as we have 3 little boys and when one goes out, we all go out, so being able to hear clearly in the car is fantastic.

The earphones come with an assortment of different ear plugs so you can find a size that fits and is comfortable and I've had no problems or issues with the earphones feeling loose or in danger of falling out. To be honest, I forget that I'm wearing them half of the time.

All in all, these were a really great buy for me and I can't recommend them enough. The service from JD Healthtech has been great and I received my order within a couple of days. These are now my main set of amplifiers and I wear them every day.

JD Health Tech Rechargeable Sound Device for Seniors - disclaimer, I will not use them plan to give it to my mum, who is having hearing issues in one ear and tried the proper healthcare one for a week. But as these are expensive, and she was not impressed, we thought we can try a cheaper version just to see how she can adapt. We heard of JD Tech and couldn't believe I was able to order. So I cannot comment on quality yet, but will update my review when I get feedback from her.

I am severely hearing impaired and have private in the ear aids which use a battery . I was intrigued by these so was very happy to be offered them to review . Presentation is nice and they come in a really nice looking box that also doubles up as its charger . Don't really need instructions as very simple to use . It comes with one stand alone charger to charge one aid at a time or you just put them in the box and charge them both together with the cable supplied . Has a few difference sixed ear moulds but I found the one it came with on was good for me . There are three buttons on the aid. An on/off button, a volume button and noise cancellation buttonNow I do want to be clear in that these will not replace hearing aids bought especially for you as these are not set for each individuals hearing . Having said that if your hearing is just down a bit across all pitches then these will be good for you to 'up the volume' . Also the price point as my private aids cost me nearly 4 grand and these are less than £50 . So that is a HUGE considerationComfortable in the ears , much better than a full ear mould , and very easy to put in . Volume is good . Quality of sound is not as good as my private ones but then I would not expect it . If you have private aids then you might find these a bit 'tinny ' but they are comparable in sound to my NHS one. My batteries on my aids last less than a week so these are going to be a really good 'emergency back up pair. I think if you have mild hearing loss then for the price these are really good value . Going to try these on my mum too as she has real trouble putting in her NHS ones with full ear mould and I think she will find these much easier .

Been trying all sorts of hearing aids but this one is the best one for my wife she got very bad hearing problems and she can hear the tv thank you very good for the money
