Is it right for you?
A good fit if

- You want a discreet, in-the-canal fit

Probably not right if
- You need or expect Bluetooth. These do not have it
- You have severe or profound hearing loss. These are not designed for it. Please speak to your GP or an audiologist
- You have reduced dexterity. The amplifiers are very small and need careful handling
If you notice a sudden change in your hearing, hearing change in one ear only, pain, ringing or dizziness, please speak to your GP or NHS 111 before using any amplifier.
Getting started
- Charge the case and amplifiers fully before first use
- Start with a single dome ear tip, which is usually the most comfortable. If it will not stay in place or you hear whistling, try a double dome
- Place the amplifier gently in your ear
- Start at a low volume and build up gradually

Questions, delivery and safety
Frequently asked questions
Are these hearing amplifiers medical hearing aids?
No. They are personal sound amplifiers designed to enhance everyday listening clarity. Not a medical device. Not designed for severe or profound hearing loss. If you have a medical concern about your hearing, please speak to your GP or an audiologist.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 144 hours in total with the charging case. Each amplifier gives up to 16 hours per charge, and the case adds up to 128 further hours. Battery life varies with volume level and usage.
Do I need an app or Bluetooth?
No. There is no app to download, no Bluetooth and nothing to pair.
What are the listening modes?
There are three listening modes: General, Indoor and Outdoor. Modes help in everyday and moderate noise. In very loud places such as busy pubs or live events, all small amplifiers have limits.
How do I choose the right ear tip?
The box includes 7 pairs of ear tips, single and double dome, including the pair already fitted. Start with a single dome, which is more open and breathable and usually the most comfortable. If it will not stay in place, or you hear whistling when you turn the volume up, try a double dome, which gives a firmer seal. A good fit affects clarity, comfort and feedback.
Is it waterproof?
No. It is IPX4 rated, which means it is splash resistant, so sweat and light splashes are fine. It is not waterproof. Do not wear it in the shower, while swimming, or submerge it.
How do I clean them?
Wax can block the small sound outlet and make the sound quiet or cut out. Use the supplied cleaning brush to gently brush the sound outlet clear, and store the amplifiers in the case when not in use.
What if they are not right for me?
We understand that hearing amplifiers are a personal product, and not every style or sound will suit everyone straight away. That is why we offer a 30-day home trial. If you decide they are not suitable for you, you can return them within the trial period in line with our returns policy. We do recommend giving them a little time first, as fit, comfort, and everyday sound can take a short period to get used to.
