About Clarity Pro, and who makes it
Clarity Pro is JD Health Tech's own range of personal sound amplifiers, sold from the UK with a UK support team behind it. Every model comes with a 30-day home trial and a 12-month warranty as standard, and orders are dispatched from the UK. The current range is the Clarity Pro Micro CIC, our smallest in-canal model and the closest match to this one, and the Clarity Pro RIC, which sits behind the ear and is easier to handle.

Clarity Pro products are personal sound amplifiers, not medical hearing aids. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or correct hearing loss. If you have concerns about your hearing, please consult a qualified audiologist.
Already own a Clarity Pro CIC?
It is still fully supported. The UK support team can help with fit, pairing and settings, and warranty cover continues for 12 months from your purchase date.
Consumables still available: replacement wax guards and ear domes for the Clarity Pro range, plus the Smart-Clean Kit and the Smart-Dry drying case.
Most common issue: whistling or feedback is almost always the ear dome not sealing properly rather than a fault. Work through the dome sizes methodically before anything else. If it persists, contact UK support.

The 30-day home trial applies across the range
Everyday listening support is personal, and fit in particular varies from person to person. Give any model at least a week before deciding, as the adjustment period is real. If after a genuine trial it is not right, the UK support team will arrange a return.

Your return request is usually processed within 24 hours, although this may take a little longer on weekends or bank holidays. Once approved, pack your item as advised.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a free returns code. Simply take your parcel to your local Post Office.
