These are brilliant, just got them today and started using them about 5 to watch telly- wow what a difference.Took about 10 minutes to work out the right fit attachment and another 10/ 15 to work out how to fit them and adjust the sound level.The sound on the telly is great but other sounds are really loud but that is all explained and apparently that settles down over the first few weeks but actually already noticing a difference myself.The price is amazing compared to hearing aids on the market and amplifiers are probably all most older people need when they first start to loose their hearing.I'm super pleased with them x

Purchased these as could not get on with the over ear device provided by the NHS. Really excellent sound quality and the adjustable volume and changeable sizes make them very comfortable. Easy to recharge and great battery life. Will ring loudly if not fitted correctly in the ear. Recommend for the quality and price point, feel far more expensive!

First one stopped working after the return date and then the other stopped working. Would not buy again.

I found it very difficult to find a good fit to my ear. Which ever silicone ear piece I used I had a lot of whistling. Trying to return them. Probably very good for others

Don’t waste your money, awful things that just whistle and screech

Would be ok but one of them doesn't work so sending it back.

These was for my hubby he just couldn’t cope with them maybe needed turning down he has issues with all hearing aids . I thought they were nice looking for in your earlobe they have different sizes they charge in the unit you have charge the unit then the unit charges the aids when it’s below 30% they need charge the unit again . Personally I think it’s an individual choice of hearing aids if they suit or not

The item will not charge

These are by far the worst hearing aids ive bought constantly going off and on doesnt matter what volume you put them at the sound verry tinny absoloute rubbish dont buy youll waste your time and money

What a disappointment! The sound was very treble and hissy. The background sound reduction was indiscernible and trying to find the buttons to change volume caused agonising feedback screech. So my trial of these hearing aids was a failure to say the least. OK I have hearing loss but these little buds failed to enhance it,.

These are good quality hearing aid. These are good quality amplifiers and better than over the ear amplifiers.I have them to my father and he liked it. These are lightweight and just like the headphones.These are small and compact hence easy to carry and easy to use.Since these are nice budget friendly alternative.These have good battery life too.I would definitely recommend it.

Had these yesterday and got to say they are superb for the moneyNo whistling or back ground noises not like my old over the ear one where I was taking them out to reset them all the timeThe cones are a bit fiddly to put on but are very comfortable in your earGive them ago you won’t be disappointed

Bought these to replace my very expensive £2500 hearing aids which have stopped working again. I am delighted with this purchase delivery was next day. Sound is crisp and clear very comfortable to wear. Nice snap fit into recharge no fiddling about to make connection. They are smaller than my previous hearing aids so nice and discreet. No whistling from feedback. Wish I had bought them years ago.

These sound amplifiers work different from typical ones in that they go directly into the ear. This means they look and feel just like another pair of earphones and you wont have to worry about looking like you are wearing hearing aids (if you care about that).Though the downside of that is that just like regular earphones you will have to careful about them not popping out of your ear and getting lost. Also if the fit into your ear is not just right, then sound leaks out to the mic side which results in a feedback loop that makes a loud whistling sound in your ear. You need to find the right sized ear plug that they include to make it a tight fit.In terms of the actual functionality, it works just fine for voices, favouring the higher pitches over the lower pitches. So music will sound a little bit weird with these since you wont hear all of the frequencies equally. I got these for my mother who is in her mid 90s. She has always had really perfect hearing, but recently after a couple of chest infections, her hearing is not as good as it used to be. It is not bad enough to have to wear bespoke hearing aids – she just needs a bit of help when watching television as we have to turn the volume up a little bit higher than is comfortable for the rest of the family!I have tried other makes of amplifiers in the past, but without much success, either because she didn’t find them comfortable, or because she got a lot of interference noise when wearing them and so decided that they weren’t for her.I looked at the background of the company, J D Health Tech, and decided to give them a go.As a first impression, these looked good. They are very small and neat, and the hearing aid (although it is probably best described as an amplifier) is small enough to fit into the ear canal so that it is barely visible, especially if you have hair to cover it up!Once you take it out of its case the unit automatically turns on, and there are 4 sound levels you can set so you can choose the best level depending on your hearing. The best thing is that once you have set the level you prefer, it automatically retains that level, so you don’t have to re-set it every time.The amplifiers are recharged in their case, via a type C USB port, and you can check the amount of battery left as there is a display on the front of the case so you know when they are fully charged.There is a digital noise reduction feature which filters out background noises.Often this sort of device comes with unwanted whistling. There is a guide to state that to avoid whistling, you need to make sure you choose the correct dome size for your ear (there are a number of different ones to choose from) so that no air leaks out. You also need to make sure the microphone is not obstructed and that the volume is not set too high.These amplifiers are perfect for my mother’s needs – ie not for use all the time, but mainly for TV. The company is very up front about the fact that these are for mild to moderate hearing challenges, and if you have more difficulty hearing (and they give a list of the sort of situations they mean), you may be better off consulting a professional as you may need actual bespoke hearing aids.But for mild to moderate hearing issues, I think these are excellent, and certainly it is worth paying the current price of just under £90 before going the whole hog and forking out a fortune for hearing aids, as these may be the only device you need – as is the case for my mother.

Got these for my daughter who wears a hearing aid whilst at work (she likes to ignore us when at home hahaha). She loves these and says they work great, meaning now she has a set at work and these at home, always able to now hear us. She said they were easy to set and has no problems with them at all and loves how they are nice and descreet.
