I've been wearing these for 3 months now and I am very happy with them. For the first few weeks my brain had to recalibrate itself to all the sounds it had forgotten how to process, but after that initial phase it's been so fantastic to hear the world again in such clarity. You can't put a price on what these have done for me.

Obviously its not tailor made to suit everyone's needs but could be very useful, especially for a 'forgetful' relative or someone with restrictive mobility in their hands.The aids can be recharged by just inserting in the case approx. four or five times before the case itself needs to be charged up via of of the the USB cables provided. It even comes with a variety of silicone plug sizes included. When trying it on I couldn't believe how loud everything around me sounded. My husband was upstairs playing a CD and I could hear it quite clearly! I am really impressed by the sound quality and think these are really good value for money. The case is small and discrete and will fit easily in a pocket.The best use for them for me will be in the living room watching TV. Really happy with the quality and will recommend.

Unfortunately they pick up background sound but otherwise very good

Sounds a bit crackly and hard to balance well

We got these as a trial to see if my grandad got on with hearing aids. These are easy to use, easy to understand with charging, turning them on and off etc. overall good value for money.

Impressed! You do have to get used to the background noise which you forget about, the whistling only happened at top volume.Liked the charging bay storage box for them, Totally recommend

I bought this hear aid for my mom who's 101 years old. And so far no problems we only got it today but so far she can hear and nhs one was giving problems as one ear is bigger than the other so I only needed this one for her left ear .

I bought these hearing aids for my 89 year old husband. They work perfectly for him and are comfortable with an easy to adjust volume. He only needs one hearing aid so the 2nd one is always charged and ready to use.

Works well and only get feedback when turned up too much...excellent

Good fit comfortable to wear, battery life is good only downside is the rechargeable cable it was a bit short but that was soon resolved with another longer cable I had spare.Controllability is a bit fiddly to start with but you soon get used to it I also wear glasses and upto now I've had no problems with them failing out overall I'm quite happy with the purchase.

I tryed another type of ear amplifiers i.e ear buds and they where rubish so returned them and puchaced these, they are very good comportable in the ears volume verey controlable if anything better then my old NHS aids , so i am very happy with them

I received them yesterday really pleased with them. I doubt that you can get 40 hours hearing unless you have a low settingI wonder what the lifespan of the battery is?

The hearing aid is perfect husband delighted with it he can hear better that the national health one which the dog chewed xxx

Always doubtful about hearing amplifiers, as most dont actually do much to amplify the sound.However, these amplifiers are not bad at all.I only need to use the right amplifier due to not being able to hear properly without having to have the TV loud, or people speak a bit louder if on my right side.Again i wasnt expecting much from the JD Health hearing Amplifiers, but they are actually really xomfortable to wear, even with glasses on. Theybcome with a range of ear piece sizes so finding the toght size is no issue.If following the instruction on use, first week, 30 minutes a day on a low volume, 2nd weeks, incrrase the wear time to an hour increasing the volume slightly, and so on up until the 4th week, when you should be able to wear them for 8 hours+ a day if needed. This is just to adjust your brain to the new sounds and enhanced sounds you will hear.Charging the amplifiers is simple. They come in a charging case with a usb charge cable. The case has light indicators for each amplifier to indicate if they are charged or charging.The amplifiers perform wellwhen listening to the tv, increase the volume to the point the sound is clear without sounding tinny or crackley.Performance when listening to a conversation in person, lower the volume down, again until any crackling and tinny sounds stop.Definitely value for money, but please do not mix these up for hearing aids, they will not help you hear anything if your are deaf, theybare amplifiers only to enhance sound.

I bought this for my who is hard of hearing, it’s very easy to use ,he is very happy with it.

They workrd pretty much straight out of the box but I did fully charge them before I started wearing.The sound reproduction is just what one would imagine from a small device. There is plenty of treble but very little bass, which suits me just fine. What worries me though is that they seem very flimsy and fragile and the controls are small so anyone with thick finger syndrome might have some problems handling them.Overall I am quite pleased with them and I would recommend you try them out to see if they are suitable for you. You can always return them if not good for you.

I bought these for my elderly mother. They seemed to work okay and she thought she could hear a bit better with them in, but although the charging setup is easy for me it was beyond my elderly mother's capability and understanding, so not sure she'll use them very much.

These are really good value. Really good as back up if like me you can't find your prescribed aids in the morning! The sound is really good and they are very comfortable.
