Who Are Hearing Amplifiers For?
Our hearing amplifiers are personal sound amplifiers — consumer products designed for everyday listening clarity. They are not medical devices and do not require a prescription or clinical referral.
They are well suited to adults who:
Find certain everyday sounds — conversation, TV, phone calls — harder to follow than they used to
Want to try amplification at home before exploring other routes
Value discretion and want something that does not look like a traditional hearing aid
Want a rechargeable, easy-to-use product for daily wear
Not sure if a hearing amplifier is right for you?
Our online hearing check takes just a few minutes and can help you understand whether a hearing amplifier is likely to suit your everyday listening needs. If you have concerns about your hearing health, we always recommend speaking to your GP.

Isobel — Verified Buyer
"Bought these to replace my very expensive £2500 hearing aids. Sound is crisp and clear, very comfortable to wear. They are smaller than my previous hearing aids so nice and discreet. No whistling from feedback. Wish I had bought them years ago."

These hearing amplifier works really well. The audio quality is good and it makes listening to the TV, radio and havin conversations much easier if you're becoming hard of hearing. Comfortable to wear even for extended periods, easy to set up and use. The charging case is good and handy to keep them together and secure when not in use. Good battery life. I would recommend them.

100% Hearing Better
After have these a while now, I have found them to be excellent at improving my hearing. Think i must have doggy ears, as I can not get them to fit without hurting my ears after 30 minuets or so. Have tried several of the things i was asked to do, none seem to help, so maybe I need to go to the behind the ear type instead.
